Walking for Wellbeing is a simple charity. As such, it can be helped greatly by the smallest of gestures.

The easiest way to help is to donate and help fund our walks and expansion.

One of the best ways to help is to apply to become a Guide. The more Guides we have taking part, the greater our influence and the more people we can help.

The great outdoors

You can help by suggesting walks. If you live near one of our active Guides, providing suitable walks is really helpful and increases our scope in your locality.

Finally, you can help us by recommending our service to a person you think may benefit. If you know someone who's suffering from depression or another mental health issue and think they'd get something out of what we offer, point them to our web site. You might help them more than you'd realise.
